OurPCB SMT Stencils Australia supply a variety of laser cut stencils designed specifically for optimum solder paste control for both prototyping and pcb small-high volume quantities. The stencils are lasercut and electropolished which allows for high resolution solder paste application. Years of experience has shown us that the latest high quality machinery is a critical component when providing a quality service – and this is a primary focus of OurPCB. PCBA Framed Stencils

Solder paste stencils are designed for high volume screen printing on printed circuit boards. Laser Cut Aluminium Framed Stencils are permanently mounted in a stencil frame using a mesh border to tightly stretch the stencil foil taut in the frame. Because we insist on state of the art equipment, all of our laser cut stencils provide optimum solder paste volume control with smooth aperture walls offering the best paste release characteristics. These stencils are frequently used for fine pitch technology – 16 Mil pitch and below and for Micro BGA”s SMT applications on printed circuit boards. Laser Cut SMT Shims

Laser Cut SMT shims (other wise known as Frame-less SMT Stencils) are solder paste stencils designed to work with stencil tension systems. Laser cut stencils do not need to be mounted into a aluminium frame. Frame-less Stencils are significant less expensive than aluminium framed stencils and also reduce storage space requirements. They are use for production and PCB prototype assembly. Stencil shims start at just $150 (including Shipping).
